We process your personal data based on legitimate interest (matching candidates with employers), contractual necessity (fulfilling recruitment services), consent (when you voluntarily provide your CV or contact us), and legal obligation (visa and emigration documentation requirements).

Your GDPR Rights

You have the right to access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure of your data, restrict processing of your data, data portability, and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@jkmanpower.in with "GDPR Request" in the subject line. We will respond within 30 days.

International Data Transfers

As an overseas recruitment agency, we transfer personal data to employer clients in countries outside the EU/EEA. These transfers are necessary for the performance of our recruitment services and are conducted with appropriate safeguards.

Categories of Personal Information Collected

We may collect identifiers (name, email, phone), professional information (employment history, qualifications), and education information for the purpose of overseas recruitment services.

Your CCPA Rights

California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion of personal information, opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
