JK Manpower provides overseas staffing and recruitment services connecting Indian talent with international employers across Gulf, Asia Pacific, and European countries. We act as an intermediary recruitment agency and are not the direct employer of placed candidates.

2. No Fees to Candidates

JK Manpower does not charge any recruitment fees, placement fees, or visa fees to job seekers or candidates. All recruitment costs are borne by the employer client. Any request for payment from a candidate using our name should be reported immediately.

3. Accuracy of Information

Candidates and employers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information. JK Manpower conducts verification processes but is not liable for information that was misrepresented by either party.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of JK Manpower and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

JK Manpower provides recruitment services in good faith but does not guarantee employment outcomes, visa approvals, or specific salary packages. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
